Who in their right mind listens to this carny drivel and falls for it? What happened to independent thought?
Whatever happened to that poor soul happened after she attended “Dr. Whackjob Take The Money and Run” seminar. What is his point in physically exhausting, monetarily depleting personal resources – to what end?

Froylein – You have managed to make Salty’s blog educational. I had to look up the phrase you mention, sapere aude, and learn what it means. I sometimes wish I had a Liberal Arts major – the stuff we learn in engineering is a little more cut and dried. Thanks for helping me expand my gray matter.

As for you, Micah, back up and read what you have actually written. Seriously? You haven’t just drank the kool-aide, you are mixing it and selling it too. Take this one phrase from your first post “universal principles”. If they are universal, then why did you need to pay a hustledork like JAR to teach them to you. Open a damned book and learn them yourself. What you are doing, as an apologist who continues to call the deaths JAR caused an “accident”, is to give him the encouragement to do it again, and again. By the way, where were you on the night Colleen died? Were you partying too?

Even your opening sentence screams your indoctrination “Since most of the people commenting here have not personally experienced a James Ray event… ” implies that we are somehow lesser beings and can’t possibly recognize the wonder and splendor of your master. You make me want to puke. As rationale people, we can clearly recognize a manipulator and a charlatan. We can even do so without giving him our hard-earned cash.

One last comment – good teachers may push you to to – and beyond – your limits, but at the same time, they do so with your best interest in mind, not their wallet. Death Ray is not a teacher – he is an exploiter of the gullible.
