Subject: [SNMod] Status of Moderator Pay

Hi everyone!

I know you are anxiously awaiting your checks. I wish I could tell you they were on their way. They are not.

Maybe you are aware, maybe you are not, but StomperNet is in trouble. It’s been in turnaround mode for a year and a half and while it was getting better, all the efforts haven’t been enough.

Every month we lose customers and no new ones have come in. Since we all run our own businesses, we know that is not a good thing :-)

However…there are a lot of people who really care about this company and don’t want to see it fail.

I put myself near the top of that list.

The impact on my life from SN has been immeasurable.

We are having a big pow-wow today to figure out how to cut all unnecessary expenses. And to figure out how to get more revenue coming in the door.

I will be focusing on cash all week. Please know that I will try to get you paid as soon as possible. I will keep you posted with a status as often as I can.

If you need the money, please let mw know. If you can wait, please let me know that too.

StomperNet wouldn’t be StomperNet without all of you. A lot of your heart and soul is in this company and please know how much it is appreciated :-)

And if anyone has any extra time to put into some marketing efforts, it would be awesome!

If you have any questions, let me know.

Thanks!

Julie Swatek

@Me, I wondr if maybe mr. Singal helped them out, because this one guy here says he didn’t get his affiliate commissions from Empire Formula – so maybe it could because of some kind of a loan mr. Singal made to a friend maybe?

    http://www.warriorforum.com/internet-marketing-product-reviews-ratings/321746-empire-formula-affiliates-you-got-paid.html

“Update: I’ve been in touch with Jimmy Kim at Lurn Inc who is the affiliate manager for Anik for the Empire Formula a dozen times. On Feb 9th he said “i made sure your scheduled on next payout date. That would be next thursday.”

On Feb 17th I emailed Jimmy and asked: “Next Thursday” is today, will I get paid today?

He replied: “yes it is. I’m not in the office today but i’ll find out if you’ve been paid”

Of course I was not paid and 3 more emails the last week has not been answered”

I thnk I understand about how to make big money running my own affiliate program now.

These guys are like alcoholics. How about giving up on the charade that Stompernet was this amazing thing, and admit that it was little more than an over the top ego orgy for BrAndy and Friends, and has no place in the online marketing landscape.

How about … Brad … taking the first step to rehabilitating yourself, and “admit” {I know, scary shit} that it was all just a big vainglorious, cocksucking mistake … and you fucked up.

Then, take your preternaturally superior marketing chops, go create some real value in the marketplace, make some HONEST profits, and pay back all the Stompernet affiliates WITH YOUR OWN MONEY!!!

At least then your name would have some vague association with integrity, instead being synonymous with egocentic fuckball the way it is now.

Peasant 1: Build a bridge out of her.
Sir Bedevere: But can you not also build bridges out of stone?
    Peasant 1: Oh yeah.
Sir Bedevere: Does wood sink in water?
Peasant 1: No, no, it floats!… It floats! Throw her into the pond!

For any newbies reading this blog; ‘Ed Dale Scam’ has a hatred for Ed Dale because Ed Dale is a fat Aussie Toad like creature, who really is a repulsive individual. Like all IM’s he has the car salesman’s chatter with a haunting Aussie Accent. This guy is a real prick!

    Avoid at any cost!

For anyone wanting to sell a website / web business I personally bought the Dominiche course from Ed Dale back in 07 as I was selling a portfolio of websites at the time…

At a cost of $2-3K (can’t remember the exact amount) I can confirm it was money wasted. The techniques were over complicated and like all Internet Marketing products, 30 minutes of info stretched over days worth of audio, video, pdf’s and conference call content.

If you are looking to sell an Internet business in the UK you can advertise using a 2 month listing for about £100 on businessesforsale.com. I’ve now sold 5 web businesses on there in the last 3 years for myself and for clients.

BusinessForSale.com is also in the US, Canada, Australia, etc but I have never used the overseas sites – as the businesses I sold were all in the UK – so I cannot comment if it works overseas, but for about $100 its worth a crack.

I think Ed Dale is also somewhat involved with Flippa.com website (he may own it) so avoid that crap too. I’ve tried that recently to test it out and its absolute garbage. You will not get what your site is worth.

BTW I have no association with businessesforsale.com

@Juice, Thanks, but that’s not quite why I hate him. He took me and my family for a LOT of money a few years ago. I also hate his affiliates, since they are the ones that clusterfucked me into buying into his scams.

Flippa – Dale IS an investor, he makes no secret of it and brags to his friends (the secret stuff he keeps for just a select few of his drones) that he gets a cut of every sale.

He is also one of the investors behind the latest .co domain name push. But that’s no secret either since you can find that out by researching .co domain names. The .co domain people (or whatever the are supposed to be called) make that info publicly available.

Be careful of Dale. He’s tricky and slippery. But his day is coming.

@Mike Young, Esq., I am sure you are aware that Brad Fallon recently sued his ex-wife for some of the assets of her business. He apparently contended she was simply “holding them” for him under her name (due to his bad credit) and that he now wanted them.

The problem is, looking over that lawsuit paper work (which can be found linked to on this blog), and doing some simple calculations, leads me to believe that Fallon MAY have hidden those purported “assets” when he allegedly filed for bankruptcy a few years ago. If so, then the court filings against his ex-wife would be UNDENIABLE proof (admission) that he did so, and that would constitute federal FRAUD.

What do you think of that?

Seems like literally anyone reading this blog could print out and mail a copy of that document, along with this assertion, to the federal bankruptcy district court in Atlanta for investigation.

That might spell big trouble for Mr. Brad Fallon.

Stompernet had the potential to not be a total fraud, and for a while it wasn’t. While it was marketed in a less than ethical way (crazy hype, fake scarcity, etc.), there actually was a time that StomperNet had some real success stories of people selling real products who learned what they did via StomperNet. When they held events where people learned things and there was legitimately no pitching from the stage. The potential was there to have a legitimately helpful enterprise, though the economic downturn would have hit them hard under any circumstances.

But the ecomania of the founders made that impossible. They got sucked into (were the driving force behind?) the whole cabal of creative launch gambit scamsters engaging in a giant contest of “who can laugh hardest on their way to the bank?”.

It really is a shame, as the self-proclaimed BrAndy really were smart, talented guys. There was something there that could have been helpful to wannabes if ethics had been attached to the organization.

Or any number of other idiot gurus along the way….

You can’t teach anything in 1 hour (the typical length of those presentations) so literally EVERYTHING was a fucking pitch for a backend product or service.

You might be thinking that people learned and took action on things IN SPITE of the idiots running StomperNet – and in that, you’re correct. But the actual number of success stories compared with the enrollment? HA HA HA! Lettuce not go there, carrot top.

First year or so of StomperNet there was some solid, legit content shared. I don’t recall a pitch at an event. I met people with whom I had profitable relationathips. I picked up good, usable things. Any “how to” is going to have a very low % of implementers in any field, but I knew of some people who implemeneted and great success. Could they have learned similar stuff elsewhere? Sure, but they learned it there.

After about a year it went downhill in every way possible, but there was promise early before the ego, greed, and lack of ethics dragged them down.

Melagomania took hold and it was over. Fallon and Jenkins are not to be trusted in any way, but the first year of StomperNet showed promise.

    @FakeEarlNightingale,

Want to know why you should avoid StomperNet? Real StomperNet Membership Experience – Sept 2006-June 2008.

All I ever seem to post on Salty’s blog is about my experiences of using IM products – But if I can educate newbies and get them to avoid throwing hard earned money away like I have, then job done. So here is my advice – AVOID StomperNet, AVOID Andy Jenkins and AVOID Brad Fallon.

I used to be member of a lot of IM memberships and courses as I had various legit e-commerce businesses from 2002-2009 that shipped products worldwide. I’ve now sold them all and consult. incarnetwork.com being the first network i built and sold between 2002-2007.

StomperNet was initially advertised as an e-commerce and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) program as that was Andy Jenkins and Brad Fallon’s “expertise” or lets call it experience. This is why I joined as there was nothing else like it at the time.

Although I did learn some good stuff from the Stomping The Search Engines 1.0 videos and the updated Version 2.0 the membership just drained $800 from my bank every month. Incidentally if you are interested in SEO I recommend you grab Stomping The Search Engines 2.0 from the Torrent sites like PirateBay for FREE. STSE 1.0 is now antiquated and not worth bothering with.

The members area of StomperNet was a complete mess, really unorganized and unstructured. Videos, pdfs, tools, etc were added month after month at a rapid rate but with no real quality or structure. The forum was run by top-class muppets with massive egos who were incredibly inept and lacked experience – but were great ass kissers to the brandy twins.

Emails, apparently written by Jenkins were so patronizing and landed in your inbox every other day – then came the affiliate emails selling you product after product. You would need a team of 3 on a 24 hour shift to keep up with the information they were banging out – Problem is I’d estimate only 5% was worth any value at all. The other 95% was Andy Jenkins getting turned on by the sound of his own voice. Seriously this guy could talk some sh*t!

Brad Fallon was nowhere to be seen for months on end. Probably on the golf course with another internet shark Shawn Casey.

And its important to add that my account got temporarily suspended twice for requesting videos that were promised months previously and not delivered. I subsequently had to send grovelling and humiliating emails to a real nasty bitch, Jayne Hallock saying why my account should be reactivated. I was paying $800 a month for this service btw!

In the end I’d had enough and cancelled my account, which took 2 months of emails and then a report to the BBB to complete.

So there you go, why you should avoid the jokers at StomperNet.

    All the best

Salty you have some of the happenings at SN nailed, but there are so many more stories that could be told about who these people really are and I’m not talking about the employees either. There where some really great people that worked at SN and they really tried, but you can only do so much when people won’t listen.

First they tell you they can’t pay you for the marketing you’ve already done for Stompernet. Then they have the balls to say “And if anyone has any extra time to put into some marketing efforts, it would be awesome!”

    UNBELIEVABLE!

What’s almost as laughably disgusting (almost, not quite… not much can be more disgusting than telling you they can’t pay you for work you’ve done, but please go do more unpaid work anyway) is this…

Most companies (and by “most” I mean legitimate businesses as opposed to ponzi schemes) set the earned commissions aside into a separate account rather than pooling all the monies together and using it for the owner’s living expenses.

    Just have to add…

They seem surprised that they don’t have new sales coming in. What did they expect when they bilked everyone who promoted them out of their justly earned commissions?

How many companies do you think would remain viable if they stopped paying their salesforce for the new business the salespeople generated? NONE!

SN is simply reaping their justly earned rewards.

Hello from the bottom of the pyramid.

I only found these posts because I googled “stompernet affiliate payment”.

    Yep, dumb dumb.

I have been waiting over a year and something to get paid. The check is always in the mail. Each affiliate manager worse then the previous manager. How could you lie to so many people and be able to go home to your family and sleep at night? Tom and Lee?

The deceit is from the whole organization.

    It really is deceit.

I truly believe everyone knows what is going on with the money and just look the other way.

Everyone is hoping to not be the last one holding the bag.

I was hoping I would get bailed out by new people coming in to Stompernet. It looks like that was not a good plan.

Why I kept promoting them? I honestly thought I would help out and everyone would get paid.

    Yes, sell me your bridges.

When I read about the hacker putting malware on the site I could identify with the hacker. Angry affiliate. Actually, I do not think it was anger, I think it is just disappointment.

I hate to get all new agey, but I am going to have to let the affiliate payment go and all of my anger and disappointment with it.

The payment is a lot of money for me.

More than you could imagine for me at this time.

    I am done.

    Time to heal.

    Thank you.

    Please do not promote StomperNet.

    Stop looking the other way.
